We're sorry to see you go. Please read through the options below before permanently deleting your account.

⚠ This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, recovery plans, check-ins, and insights. Any active subscription will be cancelled and you will not receive a pro-rated refund.

Most data is deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax law.

How to Delete Your Account

Delete via the Mamma Globe App

Quickest method — takes under a minute

In-App
  1. Open the Mamma Globe app on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon or navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down to Account and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Read the confirmation and type your password to confirm
  5. Tap "Permanently Delete"
Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

If you can't access the app

Email
  1. Send an email to privacy@mammaglobe.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address or phone number on your account
  4. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days
